Thank you for choosing NorthSeaCoaching. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure clarity and mutual respect in our working relationship.
1. Coaching Services
I offer one-to-one, online career coaching sessions tailored to support your goals. My role is to guide and support you, but your decisions and outcomes are your own. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or legal advice.
2. Booking & Payment
All sessions are booked via my online system and must be paid in advance to confirm your place. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation and calendar invite.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens — I understand. Please see the policy below for cancellations or reschedules:

25+ hours’ notice: No charge.

12–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee charged.

Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: Full session fee charged.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly via email info@northseacoaching.com or the booking platform.
4. Late Arrival
If you're late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time. If you don’t arrive within 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only provided if I cancel the session. Otherwise, sessions are non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed.
6. Confidentiality
Everything we discuss is confidential. I will never share your information unless legally required to or if there’s a serious risk of harm.
7. Technology & Access
Sessions take place via a secure video platform - Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. I’m not responsible for connectivity issues on your side.
8. Data Protection
I comply with UK GDPR regulations. Your personal data will be handled respectfully and stored securely. You can request more details in my Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Any resources or materials I share are for your personal use only and remain the property of NorthSeaCoaching.
10. Legal & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
