A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m an ILM Level 5 Certified Coach with a background in international support and education. I previously worked at the British Embassy in Vienna as a Community Liaison Officer, where I supported diplomatic families during their postings. It was in this role—helping people navigate work transitions, find new direction, and adapt to change—that I discovered the true power of coaching.

Inspired by those experiences, I trained professionally at the British School of Coaching, and have since coached individuals through return-to-work journeys, career pivots, big life decisions, and stepping into new roles. I love coaching because it’s powerful, non-judgemental, and values each person exactly as they are—while helping them move forward with confidence and clarity.

I now live in Aylsham, Norfolk with my husband and our two children. We moved here to be closer to family—and the sea! I draw a lot of energy from the outdoors and find balance through running, swimming, and spending time by the coast. I'm also a keen reader, always learning and drawing inspiration from others' stories.

Whether you're facing a career decision, a transition, or just need space to reflect, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
