3. Confidentiality & session notes

 

All coaching conversations are private. I will never share what we discuss without your consent, unless legally required or if I believe there is a serious risk of harm. Session notes (if taken) are brief, securely stored, and never shared.

Your information is stored securely using encrypted, password-protected systems (such as email, booking platforms, or cloud-based services compliant with UK data regulations). I will only keep data for as long as necessary, typically:

  • Session notes: 12 months from your last session

  • Booking records: 6 years (for tax/legal reasons)

  • Email correspondence: 24 months, unless requested otherwise

5. Sharing your data

 

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. I only share necessary data with trusted providers (e.g., Stripe, Calendly) to process bookings and payments securely. All such services are GDPR-compliant.

Like most websites, I may use cookies to improve your experience and track basic usage (e.g., page views, time on site). You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
