Service Description

Whether you're stepping into a new role, shifting industries, or rethinking your career path entirely, this personalised coaching programme is designed to support your successful transition. We’ll meet biweekly for six 40-minute sessions, delivered online via Zoom, allowing for flexibility and consistency wherever you are. Throughout the coaching process, we’ll work together to: Clarify your career direction by identifying a clear, meaningful goal Raise awareness of your strengths, values, and growth areas Develop a focused action plan to guide your transition Build confidence and increase motivation through structured support Stay accountable and ensure steady progress toward your goals Using proven coaching tools and methodologies, I will guide your self-directed learning journey, helping you explore new perspectives, challenge limiting beliefs, and take full ownership of your professional growth. Through thoughtful questioning, honest feedback, and structured exercises, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your capabilities and how to apply them effectively in your next career step. You'll also receive a print at home Coaching Journal to reflect after each session. This will help you to reinforce learning, track your development, and maintain momentum between sessions. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the clarity, tools, and confidence to make informed decisions and take purposeful action in your career. Most importantly, you'll be equipped to transition with intention and step into your next chapter with a renewed sense of direction and self-belief.
